Position Overview

Pay Range

Base pay range: $95,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Act as a primary accounting contact for internal teams and client personnel, ensuring effective coordination and timely exchange of financial information.
Monitor adherence to company revenue policies and procedures, identifying issues and partnering with revenue cycle teams to resolve discrepancies.
Build strong working relationships with partners, revenue teams, and client contacts by providing responsive, accurate, and service‑oriented support.
Serve as an operational link across revenue functions, helping maintain institutional knowledge and supporting collaborative problem‑solving.
Prepare and maintain revenue‑related reporting, including backlog, unapplied cash, unassigned or missing time, and performance against client terms to identify potential financial risks.
Communicate essential client accounting details—such as fee arrangements, billing guidelines, budgets, and accrual expectations—to internal stakeholders.
Support fee arrangement reviews by providing subject‑matter insight into client accounting processes and historical financial activity.
Coordinate timely and accurate responses to client reporting requests, including budgets, accruals, spend analyses, invoice audits, and other ad hoc financial information.
Assist in resolving issues that arise during the revenue cycle by gathering information, coordinating with functional teams, and escalating when appropriate.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the revenue and accounting functions.
