Salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 plus a bonus, with room to grow as the business expands. You will support monthly closes, reconciliations, financial reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience performing high-volume and complex account reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of month-end close processes and general ledger accounting.
• Experience supporting process improvement and implementing new procedures.
• Consolidation experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting functions and complex reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting activities, and variance analysis.
• Help develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support process improvement initiatives, system implementations, and integration projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Perform additional accounting and finance-related duties as needed.
