Job summary

Next Level Resources, Inc. is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to join our San Diego County team.

You will contribute to producing financial statements for multiple entities, manage month-end close, and support consolidation efforts while upholding GAAP standards. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting, and seeks ongoing professional growth within a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA or advancement towards status a plus.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience compiling accrual based financial statements.
• Systems savvy with ERP systems Oracle, SAP, NetSuite or Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of financial statements for multiple entities.
• Month-end close.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Journal entries including accruals, reversing entries, prepayments.
• Intercompany transactions.
• Assist in the consolidation of financial statements.
• Budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Process improvements.
• Accounting research.
• Year-end audit.
• Special projects.
