Covestro is seeking a Senior Accountant to drive timely, quality General Accounting in support of IFRS compliance. You will advise on accounting topics for business and site Controlling and play a key role in closing, accruals, and audits.
The role involves asset accounting, rebates/commissions, and collaboration with Tax on audits and transfer pricing, as well as supporting external auditors to certify Group Financial Statements.

The Senior Accountant is responsible for the timely and qualitative execution of Accounting Operations in the area of General Accounting according to the defined activity split and contributing to the reliability of the Group Financial Statements in his / her scope of responsibility by applying IFRS/CKA guidelines, thereby allowing a certification by external auditors.
