Director of Finance and Human Resources at Printfly Corporation

RushOrderTees is a fast‑growing leader in custom apparel and e‑commerce fulfillment. As our business continues to scale, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance team and support the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our corporate accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to make a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and month‑end close activities
  • Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with GAAP
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, internal reports, and variance analyses
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes with financial data and insights
  • Monitor expenses, accruals, prepaid accounts, and fixed asset schedules
  • Participate in annual audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation
  • Identify process improvements to strengthen internal controls and increase efficiency
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, HR, and Leadership teams
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • MUST HAVE 3–5+ years of corporate accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and desire to work collaboratively

CPA is not required, but is considered a plus.

Bonus Skills
  • Experience in e‑commerce, manufacturing, or inventory‑heavy businesses
  • Exposure to ERP systems such as QuickBooks
  • Prior involvement in financial modeling or reporting improvements

This is a 5 day per week onsite position based in the Far Northeast Philadelphia area. Monday – Friday 9 AM – 6 PM. Please do not apply if you are unable to commute to the facility. Remote work will not be considered.
