Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Accountant to support core accounting and financial reporting activities, including month-end close, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial statement preparation. The role partners with internal stakeholders and auditors to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely reporting in a hybrid environment with on-site collaboration three days per week in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements in accordance with established accounting principles.
• Maintain accurate accounting records by compiling and analyzing accounting activity.
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Prepare reports and documentation required for the month-end close process.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances, identifying solutions and driving resolution.
• Review financial information for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Coordinate accounting matters with cross-functional departments to support reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support internal and external audit activities and maintain effective auditor relationships.
• Assist with financial reporting requirements and other accounting projects as assigned.
• Financial reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Account reconciliations and variance analysis.

Job Offer
