What You'll Do :

Lead and support month-end close activities

Prepare and post journal entries, including reclasses and variance research

Upload and verify financial documentation and invoices

Review expense trends and provide fluctuation analysis during close cycles

Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies

Maintain compliance with internal controls and contribute to process improvements

What You Bring :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in large or complex environments

Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas

Experience with large-scale general ledger systems

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
