Key Responsibilities Maintain the general ledger and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Conduct regular account reconciliations, promptly identifying and rectifying any discrepancies Manage timely filings of tax obligations at the local, state, and federal levels Improve accounting processes in NetSuite and help automate recurring tasks Required Qualifications At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a growth-oriented environment Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar Experience with NetSuite is a must; familiarity with QuickBooks Online is helpful Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation, etc.) Ability to work independently in a fully remote team
