Confidential Jobs in North Carolina is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing manufacturing operation. This hands-on plant accounting role puts you close to operations and enables real impact beyond financial statements.

You will own the month-end close, prepare monthly statements, manage budgeting and forecasting, and develop KPIs like scrap and productivity. You will partner with plant leadership and participate on the manufacturing floor to understand how activity moves the numbers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive accounting experience.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience within manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Strong month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with a manufacturing ERP such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or similar.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and internal controls.
• CPA or progress toward a professional accounting designation is preferred.

Responsibilities
