LHH is partnering with a fully remote client seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a multi-entity environment and is comfortable managing intercompany transactions.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead key aspects of the month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and consolidations
• Prepare draft financial statements and explain variances
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and ensure timely adjustments
• Manage payroll reconciliations, commission calculations, and tax filings (GST/QST/HST)
• Maintain fixed asset records and process intercompany transactions
• Support the annual audit and tax preparation process
• Assist with internal controls, transfer pricing, and special projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• 3–7 years of accounting experience; professional services or public/private mix preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
• Experience with financial systems; Maconomy ERP a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Transfer pricing and French language skills are a plus
