Senior Accountant | Real Estate | Northern NJ

A fast-growing real estate investment firm is seeking a Senior Accountant to take ownership of property-level financials and play a key role in day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role with visibility into reporting, lender compliance, and budgeting—ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

You’ll join a collaborative accounting team and help drive process improvements as the company prepares for its next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead month-end close for a portfolio of properties
• Prepare lender reports and assist with compliance tracking
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Handle reconciliations, vendor payments, and cash activity
• Assist with process improvements and internal reporting initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience; real estate experience strongly preferred
• Public accounting background or public/private mix welcomed
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
