Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

Our client in the healthcare space is looking Senior Accountant to join our growing Accounting and Finance team. This role will play a pivotal part in our organization, handling a variety of responsibilities that ensure the financial integrity of our business. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in GAAP, the top 10 accounting principles, public accounting, auditing, CPA, revenue recognition, and lease accounting. If you have a passion for numbers, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for identifying financial discrepancies, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA required.
• 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Previous experience with a Big 4 or nationally recognized Top 10 public accounting firm.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting principles.
• Experience with ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition) and ASC 842 (Leases).
• Experience with complex month-end close responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work effectively across departments.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Someone who enjoys improving and building processes rather than simply maintaining the status quo.
