The role targets candidates with 3+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing, strong inventory and variance analysis, costing expertise, and ERP system experience; the position is 100% on-site with a competitive benefits package and bonus eligible.

I'm partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify a Senior Accountant who can play a key role in driving inventory accuracy, standard costing, financial analysis, and operational decision support across a complex manufacturing environment.

This position is ideal for someone with 3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing setting, strong inventory and variance analysis expertise, costing, and experience working within an ERP system. You'll collaborate closely with operations and leadership teams, gaining visibility across production, inventory management, forecasting, process improvements, and key business initiatives.

The company is offering a strong benefits package, salary range ($105-125k + Bonus), and is 100% on-site.
