Job summary

Atlantic Restaurant & Supermarket Equipment is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting for its distribution and restaurant equipment divisions. The role focuses on maintaining the general ledger, performing reconciliations, and coordinating with the outside CPA to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has strong QuickBooks and Excel skills, 5+ years of accounting experience, and the ability to own the accounting process in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills.
• Experience with month-end closing and financial statements.
• Inventory/COGS accounting experience.
• Distribution, wholesale, importing, or similar industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the accounting process.
