Artemis in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Accountant to support a rapidly growing, multi-location entertainment organization.

You will lead general ledger and month-end close, perform P&L and variance analyses, support audits, and help strengthen accounting controls across 75+ locations with multiple revenue streams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with full-cycle GL.
• Experience with multi-location or multi-unit organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.

Artemis is presently conducting a search for a Senior Accountant for a rapidly growing, multi-location entertainment organization in Irvine, CA. This role will support the corporate accounting function across 75+ locations and multiple revenue streams as the organization continues expanding domestically and internationally.

The primary responsibilities in this role will include: managing key general ledger and month-end close activities, journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations; performing P&L, variance, COGS, margin, and profitability analysis; supporting financial reporting and external audits; and identifying opportunities to streamline accounting processes and strengthen controls.

The ideal applicant will have 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong full-cycle GL accounting and GAAP knowledge, experience supporting a multi-location or multi-unit organization, and exposure to multiple revenue streams such as merchandise, services, food & beverage, entertainment, or inventory. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
