Job summary

Thomas, Edwards Group is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our client in Plano/Frisco, TX on a 3-month contract. The role is fully in-office with the possibility of extension or contract-to-hire.

You will handle general ledger activities, month-end close, reconciliations, payroll taxes, and sales taxes. Ideal candidates have strong GAAP knowledge, manufacturing/industrial industry experience is a plus, and Acumatica experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong General Ledger accounting skills including month-end close, reconciliations, payroll taxes, and sales taxes.
• Manufacturing / Industrial industry experience is a bonus.
• Acumatica experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger and month-end close processes.
• Prepare reconciliations and payroll/sales tax filings.
• Support accounting manager and coordinate with operations as needed

Our client, located in Plano, is seeking a Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to join their team on a contract basis for the next 3 months. There is the possibility of extending or of contract-to-hire.

This role is fully in-office.

A 3-month commitment is required.

Key Qualifications:

• Acumatica experience is highly preferred
