Partner with the external reporting team to ensure key inputs are complete, accurate and delivered on time. Drive the design, improvement and implementation of systems and processes to facilitate timely and accurate closing of monthly financial statements, leveraging technology to increase effectiveness. Oversee non-payroll or benefit related GL account reconciliations and ensure they are completed accurately and on time. Partner with Payroll, HR and other cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues, align processes, and ensure accurate and timely inputs to the close. Resolve complex accounting issues independently, escalating to the Senior Manager only those matters with significant financial, control or policy implications. Lead ad hoc projects, as requested.
