Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes across multiple entities.
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and adjusting entries.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger.
  • Monitor daily cash activity, wires, transfers, and funding requests.
  • Assist with cash forecasting and liquidity planning.
  • Review payroll activity prior to processing.
  • Prepare financial reports, supporting schedules, and documentation for leadership and external advisors.
  • Support annual 1099 preparation and franchise tax filings.
  • Coordinate with external tax professionals to provide required tax documentation and assist with tax-related requests.
  • Investigate discrepancies, analyze variances, and resolve accounting issues proactively.
  • Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and established procedures.

Job Details
