Job summary

The Addison Group in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a high-growth energy services client. The role focuses on month-end close, revenue and lease accounting, and supporting audit readiness.

We require a BS in Accounting with 4+ years of GAAP experience; CPA or CPA candidate preferred. The position offers a base salary of $90k-$110k plus a 20% bonus and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative finance team.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting with 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, month-end close, ASC 606 and 842 accounting standards.
• CPA or working towards CPA is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Month end close tasks, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statement preparations, fixed assets, accruals and variance analysis.
• ASC 606 revenue accounting and ASC 842 lease accounting.
• Support Controller in audit readiness and preparation for outside audit firm.
• Help implement and improve accounting process.
