The Senior Accountant will support monthly closes, reconciliation work, and cross-functional collaboration across departments, with exposure to varied responsibilities and a high-visibility role in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Perform account and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Analyze financial data and investigate variances.
• Reconcile information between financial systems.
• Prepare supporting schedules and workpapers.
• Assist with financial reporting requirements.
• Support audit requests and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal business partners across departments.
• Identify process improvements and assist with implementation.
