Job Details

• 6+ years of accounting experience
• Proven ability to drive change by improving processes, enhancing efficiency, and scaling operations beyond transactional execution
• Deep technical accounting expertise
• Strong emphasis on speed, automation, systems, and technology enablement
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and optimize Workday, particularly for candidates with experience across multiple ERP platforms
• Comfortable supporting post-go-live stabilization and ongoing optimization following a recent Workday implementation (live October)
