Opportunity Overview

As a Senior Accountant at Limpa, you\'ll lead financial reporting and month-end close processes for a diverse portfolio of 25-30 clients across multiple industries. This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior staff while developing expertise in technical accounting areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting including month/year-end close processes for client engagements
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows)
• Review work of Staff Accountants (2-3 direct reports)
• Implement and maintain accounting controls and best practices
• Lead client meetings to present financial results and recommendations
• Research technical accounting issues and draft position papers
• Optimize client accounting processes through technology integration

• Experience with QuickBooks Online and Exro.
