Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the monthly and quarterly financial close process.
• Record treasury and cash management activities, including bank reconciliations.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve accounting processes and automate routine tasks.
• Record and reconcile payroll transactions and related balance sheet accounts.
• Partner with HR to ensure accurate payroll expense coding.
• Research, analyze, and explain account variances as part of monthly reporting.
• Prepare accounting schedules and supporting documentation for reporting requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and deadlines; support special projects.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
