The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in accounting, hospitality experience, and proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). You will manage AP/AR, payroll, GL, budgeting, and month-end close while collaborating with property managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, preferably in hospitality or resort industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• High attention to detail and integrity.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team managing multiple resort properties. This hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial health and growth of our hospitality portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounting within the hospitality industry, with familiarity in NetSuite being a plus. This is a hybrid position, with our main office in Baxter, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements for multiple resort properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
