Senior Accountant

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial operations for a diverse portfolio that includes real estate investments, property management & development projects. This role is hands‑on and critical to ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and system integrity across multiple entities.

Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage month‑end/year‑end close in NetSuite
• Oversee property‑level accounting (rent rolls, CAM reconciliations, tenant billing)
• Handle inventory accounting, COGS, and margin analysis for recycling operations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and tax filings
• Mentor junior accounting staff and drive process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software
• CPA or CPA‑track preferred
