Senior Corporate Accountant

TalentSource360 has partnered with another client in their search for a lead Accountant to join their corporate accounting operations leading the charge for their accounting and finance operations.

We are seeking a Senior Accountant who is ready to step into a lead role overseeing the finance and accounting operations for this growing services firm. This role will play a key part in managing the day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and supporting the month‑end close process. The ideal candidate has strong experience with general ledger accounting, revenue recognition, financial analysis, payroll, and more.

Responsibilities

• Support key aspects of the general ledger including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and internal reports for leadership.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and modeling to leadership as requested.
• Participate in the improvement of accounting systems and processes, including automation and scalability initiatives.
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or CPA-track preferred
• 3+ years of accounting experience in a corporate
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Hands‑on experience with accounting software systems (e.g., NetSuite, Intacct, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
