Base pay range

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Accountant to join our growing finance team. You’ll support budgeting, reporting, and full-cycle accounting across multiple projects, helping ensure accuracy and transparency in all financial operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, take ownership, and grow in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end reports
• Process invoices and payment requests accurately and on time
• Track project costs and budgets, identifying variances and improvements
• Assist with audits and prepare supporting documentation
• Partner with internal teams to streamline reporting and financial processes

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0–2 years of accounting experience (public accounting a plus)
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with general ledger systems
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Clear communicator who enjoys working in a team-focused setting
• Meets educational requirements to sit for CPA exam, preferred
