An emerging infrastructure business is hiring an accountant to own month-end close and full-cycle accounting processes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business along with 3-5 years of hands-on experience. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting audits. Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Own month-end close and full-cycle accounting processes
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Assist with audits and regulatory examinations
• Support statutory reporting and NAIC filings
• Work within multi-state insurance accounting requirements
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve accounting processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred), Finance, or Business
• 3-5 years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience with ownership of full-cycle accounting processes

This role is hybrid, requiring 4 days a week in the office.
