We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant with 3–4 years of progressive accounting experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the month-end close process, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve financial operations. This role is ideal for an accounting professional looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced environment. The Senior Accountant assists the Accounting Department in monthly accounting duties. The role ensures timely preparation of the necessary journal entries and monthly reconciliations and works closely with our research and development teams to ensure that costs for clinical trials and other research projects are adequately captured. The Senior Accountant will provide monthly and quarterly reports and other analysis pertaining to cash, clinical and research and development costs, fixed assets, revenue, and expense activities as needed for management to make quick, fact-based decisions. There will also be ad hoc requests for analysis and questions regarding the company’s various financial reports.
