Opportunity Overview

Southeast Acquisition Capital is a financial sponsor that acquires high-potential businesses and transitions them to Employee Ownership.

Employee Ownership is core to Southeast’s value creation, risk management, and impact strategy. In addition to pursuing organic growth and strategic acquisitions, Southeast creates value at portfolio companies through implementing a culture of ownership based on transparency, accountability, and shared prosperity.

Through its commitment to Employee Ownership, Southeast’s acquisitions create opportunities for all employees to build long-term wealth by earning an ownership stake in their company.
