Southeast has partnered with an exceptional CEO to lead the acquisition of an Atlanta-based platform company in the Architecture, Engineering, & Design sector. This opportunity is for an experienced Senior Accountant to join a dynamic employee-owned company with a strong culture, a growth orientation, and significant long-term upside through ESOP participation.
Position Summary
The Senior Accountant will manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.The Senior Accountant will work across multiple departments to focus on profitability, lead month-end and year-end closings, and comply with accounting principles and regulations.The Senior Accountant will report directly to the CEO.

Qualification Requirements

Required Education and/or Experience
Bachelors in accounting, economics, finance or business
4+ years of relevant experience
Active license (CPA) preferred but not required.
Compensation
Target base salary is $60-75k, depending on candidate’s experience.
Compensation for this role will include base, bonus, and ESOP share contributions equal to roughly 10-15% of annual base salary, in addition to company’s standard retirement and healthcare benefits.
