Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day accounting operations and the monthly close.
• Manage intercompany transactions across multiple entities.
• Maintain general ledger integrity, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and review GAAP financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Apply ASC 842 lease accounting guidance.
• Lead the audit process and serve as a primary contact for external auditors.
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management initiatives.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and stronger internal controls.

This Senior Accountant role is a hands‑on, high‑visibility position supporting a complex separately managed account portfolio and related corporate entities. Reporting to the Director of Accounting, the Senior Accountant will collaborate closely with Senior Management, Corporate Finance, and Asset Management.
