This role supports month-end and year-end close, prepares financial reports, and ensures GAAP compliance while partnering with cross-functional teams.

A strong background in manufacturing cost accounting—inventory, fixed assets, standard cost, and variances—is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Manufacturing or cost accounting experience preferred.
• GAAP knowledge, ERP systems (Oracle strongly preferred), and Sage Fixed Assets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
