Job summary

Becker Pumps Americas seeks a Senior Accountant to join its hands-on finance team. You will own the month-end close, financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory control, and drive process improvements across the business.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing accounting with strong Excel and ERP skills, payroll experience, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Manufacturing accounting experience, including cost accounting and inventory.
• Hands-on experience processing and managing payroll.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookup.
• Experience working within an ERP system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Paylocity experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
