Job summary

Becker Pumps Americas is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their hands-on finance team. You will own core aspects of month-end close, coordinate with manufacturing operations, and ensure accurate financial reporting across the organization.

This role requires 5+ years in accounting, manufacturing experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with an ERP system. You will support budgeting, cost accounting, payroll, and audits while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Manufacturing accounting experience, including cost accounting and inventory.
• Payroll processing experience.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• ERP system experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Independent work style and ownership of responsibilities.
• Paylocity experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Accountant will have exposure across the business, with responsibility for financial reporting, month-end close, cost accounting, inventory, and process improvement.
