Job summary

Publicis Health is seeking a Group Account Supervisor to champion brand strategy and drive strategic planning for large accounts. You will manage junior staff, forecast budgets, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high-quality agency output across channels.

The role requires healthcare marketing agency experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead in a hybrid environment. Occasional travel is expected to support client needs.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience, ideally within a healthcare marketing agency.
• Creative agency experience desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with MS Access and Adobe WorkFront desirable.
• Omni-channel marketing experience.
• Strong analytical skills, commitment to a client, and proven ability to manage expectations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding presentation skills especially in a hybrid environment.
• Open to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic input, planning and direction on large or multiple accounts.
• Manage junior account staff, ensuring timely, effective and profitable work.
• Maintain positive client relationships and high-quality agency output.
• Forecast budgets and manage client spend and hours.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on brand strategy and executions.
• Ensure timely, accurate client documentation and reports.
