Are you an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in the legal industry? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive specializing in Court Reporting to join our team. This remote position offers a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in selling court reporting services to law firms, with openings available in San Francisco or Sacramento.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and qualify new leads while expanding existing accounts.
  • Source and develop client referrals and maintain a robust customer database.
  • Manage promotional materials and execute direct marketing activities.
  • Collaborate closely with customer service to manage cases and recommend improvements for client satisfaction.
  • Conduct quality checks on product and service delivery.
  • Analyze competitive firms to stay informed about market pricing and offerings.
  • Participate in educational events, trade shows, and networking activities.
  • Present and demonstrate company products and services to prospective and current clients.
  • Negotiate and develop sales proposals, present contracts, and provide product training.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and prepare detailed reports.
  • Address sales inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships.
  • Engage in follow-up activities to drive sales success.

Qualifications :

  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing services to the legal sector.
  • Proven success in sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong network of contacts within law firms in your territory.
  • Ability to formulate and execute strategic plans to expand the customer base.
  • Leadership skills that align with achieving sales growth and profitability.

Compensation : On-target earnings (OTE) of $200,000.
