Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative preferred.
• 1 year experience as Account Follow-up Representative I or 2 years in hospital patient financial services.
• Strong communication and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and resolve payments from insurance companies following established policies.
• Collaborate with follow-up staff to plan and prioritize daily workflows.
• Provide training and guidance to staff to improve productivity and quality.
• Review denial/adjustment trends and assist with prevention strategies.
• Maintain Epic workqueues and ensure timely resolution of review requests.
• Communicate with leadership about payment delays and resolution progress.
