Jenzabar is seeking a Senior Account Manager to act as a trusted liaison between client institutions and internal teams, ensuring alignment and support across campaigns. You will collaborate with Strategists on complex client programs and contribute to client retention and satisfaction while guiding teammates.

In this role you will manage production schedules, coordinate tasks, and oversee budgets to keep projects profitable.

Formación

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience (Higher Education adjacent background preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and PowerPoint.
• Expert interpersonal communication skills with stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion autonomously.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated learner with initiative to master new processes quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Production Schedule Management: Develop comprehensive production schedules and monitor milestones.
• Task Coordination: Input and follow up on all project-related tasks with internal leads.
• Stakeholder Management: Primary contact for clients and internal teams; provide updates.
• Quality Control: Review projects before client handoff to ensure goals are met.
• Budget Oversight: Ensure plans are within budget and projects remain profitable.
• Meeting Facilitation: Maintain agendas and take detailed notes for follow-up.
• Production Oversight: Manage communications with vendors for physical deliverables.
• Knowledge Sharing: Identify knowledge gaps and train the team.
• Proactive Consulting: Support teammates on complex deliverables before client review.
• Other duties as assigned
