Concept Arts Inc. is seeking a highly organized Senior Account Manager / PM Lead to serve as the day-to-day lead across client accounts and internal teams in Los Angeles.

This role sits at the intersection of client service, project management, creative operations, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving agency environment, managing both clients and internal teams with clear communication and accountability.

Formación

• 5-8+ years in account/PM or integrated production within a traditional creative/advertising agency
• Experience managing complex campaigns with fast-paced timelines and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of integrated campaign workflows across creative, social, AV, digital, and production
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through skills
• Experience leading day-to-day client communication and stakeholder management

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the day-to-day client lead across assigned accounts and projects
• Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and organization
• Lead weekly status calls, meeting recaps, timelines, and next steps
• Manage client expectations, approvals, feedback rounds, and deliverables
• Identify risks, timing concerns, or scope changes early
• Coordinate with strategy, creative, AV, social, production and external partners
• Own project timelines, workflows, deliverables, and internal coordination
• Track progress and flag roadblocks or resourcing concerns
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability with leadership and finance teams
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements
