About the Role

Our Sr. Account Managers, Paid Search are responsible for driving KPI improvements and developing cutting-edge strategies tailored to client goals. Your core responsibilities in this role include strategy development, tactical execution, and management of client relationships.

  • Taking on clients in month 1, you will build & optimize Google and Bing search campaigns for a roster of B2B, lead generation, and/or ecommerce clients across various industries.
  • Define, monitor and analyze trends in clients’ KPIs.
  • Develop paid search strategy based on client-specific goals.
  • Actively test and analyze keywords, advertising copy, landing pages, and positioning to drive results in line with client's goals.
  • Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients & secure buy-in from decision-makers.
  • Create quarterly business reviews & other client-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities.
  • Follow SEM industry trends, contribute to our agency blog and help train our campaign management team.
About You
  • 2+ years of direct paid search client management including paid search strategy development, execution & client relationship management.
  • Passion for crunching numbers, analyzing data, and navigating Excel/Google sheet spreadsheets.
  • Performance Max experience is a must.
  • Hands-on product feed management and shopping experience a plus.
  • You are a communication guru both on calls and through written communication.
  • ‘Driven’ and ‘Innovative’ are attributes commonly associated with you.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.

Salary Range: $65,000—$69,000 USD
