The Role
Seeking an energetic Senior Account Manager to expand sales in the hospitality sector within NYC, focusing on large hotels. Responsibilities include prospecting, origination, proposal generation, customer presentations, and deal closing.
Responsibilities
- Sell guaranteed savings solutions with no upfront costs to real estate operators.
- Manage the entire sales process and stay informed on relevant policies and market conditions in NYC.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional sales experience in the hotel industry, preferably within NYC.
- Background in HVAC, building automation, energy systems, or real estate.
- Proven sales success and strategic, value-based selling skills.
