  • Manage budgets, timelines, and internal resources across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-brand, on-message, and in compliance with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., ABPI, EFPIA, FDA, PhRMA).
  • Guide and support cross-functional teams including medical writers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Mentor junior team members, contributing to a positive and high-performing team environment.

Growth & Business Development

  • Identify opportunities for organic account growth and support development of new business pitches and proposals.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive activity, and therapeutic area developments to bring proactive thinking to clients.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field required; advanced degree (e.g., MSc, PhD, PharmD) preferred.
  • 5+ years of true account experience in a medical communications agency or relevant pharmaceutical industry role.
  • Proven success managing accounts that span both medical affairs and commercial teams.
