Qualifications

• 5+ years agency account management experience.
• Experience developing and understanding strategy.
• Experience managing government or public sector clients and related compliance/communication.

Responsibilities

• Client engagement - manage relationships with mid-senior and junior levels.
• Manages up to AD - provide info on client relationship health, project status, and hourly burn rate.
• AMM leadership - guidance and support for subordinate staff.
• Cross-functional team leadership - lead meetings/presentations; define next steps.
• Strategic thought leadership - contribute to internal strategists; guide teams.
• Project involvement - handle high/medium-touch assignments; drive KO, fulfillment, quality deliverables.
• Creative guidance and assessment - ensure strong direction and deliverables.
• Media guidance and assessment - ensure high-quality outputs.
• Digital experience assessment - oversee timely, insightful reporting.
• Production influence – coordinate with producers for momentum and client alignment.
• Financial awareness – oversee billing, monitor hours, and project efficiency.
