Job summary

Leap Group Network LLC in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a freelance Project Manager (Digital Marketing/Advertising) to lead day-to-day execution across media and creative initiatives. You will partner with media, creative, strategy, and account teams to keep work on schedule and on budget while adapting to shifting priorities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in agency or marketing PM, hands-on experience with paid media projects, and a collaborative, client‑facing mindset.

Qualifications

3+ years of project management experience in an agency, marketing, digital, or related environment.
Experience managing media projects, including paid media campaigns and/or supporting creative deliverables.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across creative, media, strategy, production, and/or development disciplines.
Experience using project management platforms such as Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to proactively identify risks, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing shifting priorities.
Experience within an advertising, marketing, or integrated agency environment preferred.
Project management certification or completed coursework is preferred, but not required.
High level of accountability, follow-through, and ownership over project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day project execution across multiple initiatives, with a primary focus on media and creative work.
Partner closely with media, creative, strategy and account teams to ensure work is delivered on time and on budget.
Maintain clear communication and alignment with internal teams and clients to manage expectations and risks.
Identify and mitigate project risks, adjust plans as priorities shift, and keep milestones on track.
