Job summary

The Senior Account Manager will build strong client relationships, oversee delivery of campaigns, manage briefs, plan and review work, and ensure profitability and creative integrity.

You'll work with designers, copywriters and developers to ensure campaigns meet deadlines, budgets and client expectations, while acting as a trusted adviser and maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and direct channels.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strategic thinker with ability to contribute new ideas to the agency.
• Able to meet tight deadlines while managing schedules and priorities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, draft and review client briefs.
• Ensure deadlines are met across campaigns and coordinate with capacity planning.
• Clarify questions, manage expectations and communicate status to clients.
• Distill client feedback to designers and copywriters.
• Prioritise workloads and escalate when needed.
• Maintain understanding of clients' business and advise on communication solutions.
• Build relationships with key clients through regular meetings and reviews.
• Ensure high standards and value in all projects.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Promote DEPT products and services to clients.
