You will lead Account Coordinators, manage day-to-day tasks, and identify growth opportunities while maintaining high service standards across benefits programs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Producers, data management, and adherence to IOA policies, with a focus on client satisfaction and effective benefits administration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience
• Required active licensing
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring performance and no liability.
• Client Service: Deliver outstanding service, anticipate client needs, and respond quickly to requests.
• Team Leadership: Lead the account team with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Daily Activities: Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators, assign tasks, monitor execution.
• Business Growth: Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• New Business Setup: Manage new business setup, data gathering, client file creation, and compliance.
• Renewal Process: Manage renewals, update files, obtain rates, coordinate training.
• Client Relationships: Build and improve client relationships, seek feedback and improvements.
• Intermediary Role: Advocate for clients and carriers for mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Value-Added Solutions: Identify and implement value-added solutions for clients.
• Professional Development: Support training and a positive work environment.
