Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Title: Senior Account Manager

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX or Aliso Viejo, CA OR remote in NY

Compensation: Base $60-$65K + 12% GP commission (OTE: $150K+)

Who We Are: Since 2015, we have been a leading independent distributor of electronic components. We source surplus and hard to find components and match them to clients in the consumer electronics, automotive, aerospace/defense, and telecommunications industries. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our sales team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving sales growth, and developing strategic business relationships within the electronic components industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads from your prospected leads and from your existing relationships.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies and offerings.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of electronic component distribution sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Strong understanding of electronic components, semiconductors, and the distribution landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business development initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
