As a Senior Account Strategist, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing digital marketing client accounts.
Your primary objectives will revolve around building and maintaining positive and lasting relationships with clients and our agency partners, strategizing digital marketing efforts and campaigns, and coordinating execution with our internal teams of specialists.
If you’re a self-starter with a diversity of experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, Analytics, etc) and the people skills required to navigate long-term relationship management, this is the role for you.
~10 hours / week to start, with a ramp up period to 20+ hours / week within the first 2-3 months dependent upon mutual fit / performance.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and leads, and act as a subject matter expert for all of our digital marketing services.
Another key responsibility of an account manager is to analyze data across clients and be a capable data storyteller.
Grow revenue primarily by ensuring existing customers stay on and by upselling them.
Coordinate with specialist teams to deliver excellent work for clients.
