As a Senior Account Strategist, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing digital marketing client accounts.

Your primary objectives will revolve around building and maintaining positive and lasting relationships with clients and our agency partners, strategizing digital marketing efforts and campaigns, and coordinating execution with our internal teams of specialists.

If you’re a self-starter with a diversity of experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, Analytics, etc) and the people skills required to navigate long-term relationship management, this is the role for you.

~10 hours / week to start, with a ramp up period to 20+ hours / week within the first 2-3 months dependent upon mutual fit / performance.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and leads, and act as a subject matter expert for all of our digital marketing services.

  • Lean clients’ short - and long-term business goals and create a strategy to tie these goals into our service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships (not afraid to text or just pick up the phone to call a client and say hi impromptu).Shepherd client requests to specialist teams for execution when appropriate.
  • Delegate execution to specialist teams for execution when appropriate.

Another key responsibility of an account manager is to analyze data across clients and be a capable data storyteller.

  • Provide regular reports and status updates to ensure clients are aware of value being delivered.
  • Know at all times how all of your accounts are performing in terms of products and services being provided by RankPay.

Grow revenue primarily by ensuring existing customers stay on and by upselling them.

  • Effectively set and manage client expectations to reduce attrition.
  • Build long-term plans to layer in additional relevant services at appropriate inflection points.

Coordinate with specialist teams to deliver excellent work for clients.

  • Quarterback delivery of services across all internal teams (content, web services, PPC, SEO).
