Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned project and account manager to serve as the day-to-day client partner for diverse veterinary-focused projects. You will drive cross-functional execution, own timelines, and ensure alignment with brand and regulatory standards.

You will lead regulatory submissions for USDA/FDA CVM, translate briefs for creative teams, and support budgeting while expanding client relationships. NYC-area relocation or US remote options are available.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar agency account and project management role.
  • Proven track record collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Foundational understanding of animal health, veterinary, diagnostics, and/or biotech marketing landscapes, or strong healthcare marketing experience and genuine curiosity to learn animal health.
  • Ability to drive and inspire internal teams while delivering multiple high-value, fast-paced projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, grow, and extend meaningful client relationships.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build veterinary science and brand knowledge across companion animal, livestock, and/or diagnostics categories.
  • Collaborate with account, creative, strategy, and digital partners.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and seamless team handoffs.
  • Participate in client interviews and scenario discussions during the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Ability to ensure compliance with USDA/FDA CVM requirements

  • Currently authorized to work in the United States

  • Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future

  • Based in or willing to relocate to the NYC area for the Brooklyn hybrid option, or based outside the NYC area for the United States remote option
