  • Lead strategic account planning by identifying client priorities, anticipating business challenges, and aligning Coretelligent services to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Drive revenue retention and expansion within assigned accounts through upsell and cross-sell of managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, and compliance solutions.
  • Own contract negotiations and renewal cycles, ensuring commercial terms align with client needs and internal delivery capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with Service Delivery, Security, and Technical teams to ensure consistent execution, SLA compliance, and a premium client experience.
  • Monitor account health, mitigate risk, and introduce innovative solutions that improve resiliency, efficiency, and compliance for enterprise environments.
  • Maintain executive visibility across each client’s organization while advocating internally for their evolving business and technology priorities.
  • Serve as a senior commercial leader within the account services team, mentoring peers and contributing to the evolution of client engagement strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of relevant customer success experience in the IT field, MSP background preferred
  • Prove success working with enterprise clients with complex business and regulatory needs
  • Consistently achieving quarter quotas through upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • Executive presence with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to take the initiative and drive results

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
